Blackberry Cacao
Dark blackberries, cacao nibs and smooth chocolate come together in a vibrant, raw and deeply nourishing delight — rich in flavor, texture and natural energy.
Ingredients
- 100 g ceremonial cacao
- 1 tsp coconut oil or Almarte Cacao Butter
- Fresh blackberries
- 1 tbsp cacao nibs
- Crushed almonds or pistachios
- Optional: maple syrup, sea salt or cinnamon
Preparation
- Melt the chocolate gently together with coconut oil or cacao butter
- Fill silicone molds or shape small chocolate cups on parchment paper.
- Add fresh blackberries, cacao nibs and crushed nuts into the center.
- Cover lightly with more melted chocolate if desired.
- Let cool in the fridge for 20–30 minutes until firm.
- Serve chilled and enjoy slowly.
