Cacao Protein Elixir
A refreshing cacao blend that fuels your body while keeping your mind clear, grounded, and focused.
Ingredients
- ½ banana
- 200 ml plant milk (oat, almond or coconut)
- 20 g Almarte ceremonial cacao
- 1 scoop protein powder (vanilla or chocolate powder)
- 1 tsp peanut or almond butter
- 3–4 ice cubes
- Optional: cinnamon, dates, maca or a pinch of sea salt
Preparation
- Add all ingredients into a blender.
- Blend for 30–45 seconds until smooth and creamy.
- Taste and adjust sweetness or cacao intensity if desired.
- Serve cold and enjoy mindfully.
