Orange Cacao Delight
Fresh orange meets deep cacao richness — bright, sensual, and alive, for an extravagant snack.
Ingredients
- 1 fresh orange or dried slices
- 50 g Almarte ceremonial cacao
- 1 tsp coconut oil
- 1 tsp maple syrup or honey (optional)
- A pinch of sea salt
- Optional toppings: crushed pistachios, cacao nibs, mint or orange zest
Preparation
- Slice the orange into rounds or half moons.
- Melt cacao, coconut oil and maple syrup gently in a bowl over a water bath.
- Dip each orange slice halfway into the chocolate.
- Place on parchment paper.
- Sprinkle with sea salt and your favorite toppings.
- Chill in the fridge for 20–30 minutes until set.
- Enjoy your elevated cacao experience.
